The owners of Morren Galleries, Eric & Severine, live in the outskirts of Utrecht, where in 2022 they completed a multifunctional building to, once in a while, host exhibitions, musical performances, lectures or even yoga mini retreats.
An ongoing project is the completion of a sculpture garden. Over the years, they have transformed this garden – formerly a 1.5-hectare meadow – into a biodiverse paradise. They have planted hundreds of trees, hedges and shrubs and created a large pond where frogs, salamanders, dragonflies, damselflies and all kinds of birds feel at home. The garden is still under development and is supplemented annually with more trees and plants. This park-like setting, where nature is allowed to take its course, provides a wonderful, ever-changing backdrop for large sculptures that don't fit in the gallery in Utrecht.
The sculpture garden can only be visited by invitation and by appointment.
